Prophet refrained followers of superior attitude on the basis of social status, religion, race, caste, financial status etc., besides terming it a major sin. “There is no superiority of an Arab over a non-Arab and neither for a non-Arab over an Arab; also there is no superiority of a white man over a black man, neither for a black man over a white man except by piety (Taqwa)”. Supremacism leads to egoistic tendencies/‘false pride’, thus harms positive trades like piety, harmony, peace and tolerance among the people, besides demeaning omnipotent, the Allah: “No one who has the weight of a seed of arrogance in his heart will enter Paradise” (the Prophet). Islam is gift from God to the mankind, thus every believer must be epitome of morality and noble character for that they should differentiate between sin and sinner, although never hating the latter as it is prohibited by Almighty. Islam commands Muslims to be modest, humble and assimilative, as these characters are liked by God.
Thus, Muslims must see the beloved Prophet as their role model of mercy, kindness, piety and compassion, besides following his command of noble characters as well as strictly keeping away from supremacism.
