Ahmadabad: The 16-year-old daughter of an auto driver scored 98.31 percent in Gujarat Secondary Education Board (GSEB) SSC exam. The result of GSEB SSC announced on Monday, in which 16-year-old Aafreen Shaikh amazed everyone with her result, and scored 98.31 percent.
Aafreen lives in a family of four including a sister, mother and father. Her father Shaikh Mohammad Hamza, is an autorickshaw driver from Gujarat who works hard to earn bread for his family. Aafreen aims to pursue MBBS and earlier in her High school board exam she scored 87.13.
The (GSEB) SSC exams were conducted from March 12 to 23, 2018, in which total of 11,03,854 students had appeared, out of which only 51.47 percent students managed to clear the exam.
Savani Hil Ishwarbhai topped the exam with 99 percent, she scored 594 marks out of 600. Followed by Ladani Krishi Himanshu Kumar who scored 589 out of 600 and Hingrajiya Priyalkumar Jitubhai grabbed the third position who has got 586 marks overall.
