Siasat arranges burial of 6-month-old girl’s unclaimed body

Hyderabad: Siasat news editor Mr Amir Ali Khan received a letter from SR Nagar police station requesting burial of a 6-month-old Muslim girl. The girl was named Fatima Begum following which her funeral prayer was performed.

Similarly, 11 other unclaimed Muslim bodies were buried after collecting them from Osmania Hospital and Gandhi Hospital. Maulana Syed Shah Inamul Haq Quadri Khateeb Jama Masjid Afzalgunj offered the funeral prayer and burial took place at Tharthare Shah Graveyard, Bansilalpet, Secunderabad. The arrangement was made through Millat Fund.
